Chance is apparently some type of deranged anti-social psychopath with a rap sheet showing 21 prior arrests. He was charged with first-degree gang assault, assault and criminal mischief. Chance is also a bum whose last job ended in 2011.
Reginald Chance showed his complete lack of class by flipping the double-bird during court today! He is a true piece of shit and one can only hope he spends the rest of his life in prison.
Wow. He looks uglier than that Somali guy in Captain Phillips movie. But lets not forget the 4 felonies that Lien commits. All captured on tape by Kevin Bresloff's helmet cam. Especially the little stop at Exit 14 ramp completely ignored by all media. The only thing Kevin's recording does NOT show is the 'in grave danger' at Henry Hudson Parkway. Liens and Ng claims 'grave danger', but this is not supported by any eyewitness.
