Christopher Cruz was Arrested and Charged for the SUV Attack
Christopher Cruz is the biker who drove in front of the SUV and braked, setting off the entire chain of events in the incident between the biker gang and the SUV. This piece of shit deserves to spend some serious time in prison for terrorizing the Asian family in the SUV. Everything began when he had his "accident" which was nothing of the sort - he clearly wanted the SUV to hit him, which is why he braked like he did. It wouldn't surprise me if the biker gang wanted to force the SUV to stop to try to extort money from the driver under the treat of violence.

Cruz is the one responsible for starting the incident with the SUV! If those asshole bikers want to blame someone, it should be Cruz. He belongs in prison.
